Caffeine addiction can be a serious thing and can have a massive affect on your everyday life:

I got hooked on coffee during college to fight early morning sleepiness. I had no clue how addictive and strong it is. I have had anxiety problems my whole life and I realize that the caffeine is impairing my sleep and mood.

I used to play in bands and was really creative, imaginative. Now I feel burned out by late in the day. Not motivated to pick up my guitar. I think my mood/energy is sapped and sleep may be the only really answer to recovery.

I’m hoping that coming here everyday could give me support to stick with cutting the caffeine. Any advice or stories would be appreciated!
